Returns and Exchange

All JUNG ART SHOP handmade jewelry purchases are eligible for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of items.

All returned items must be sent back in its original condition and securely packed. 

 A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs upon receipt of the returned goods.

Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
